We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, search queries, referral URLs, browser type, device information, IP address, and timestamps. This data helps us improve the Service and understand user behavior.

  • Lead Recipients: When a homeowner submits a lead inquiry, their contact information and project details are shared with the selected contractor(s).

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Publicly displayed business listing information may be retained after account deletion to maintain the integrity of the directory.
