If you're already on a paid plan your leads are included, so you'll never be charged twice for the same job.
Are pay-per-lead jobs exclusive?
Yes, and that's the point. When a homeowner submits a request we offer it to a few contractors at once, but the first to accept gets it and the offer is withdrawn from everyone else. You are never one of five contractors calling the same homeowner. Offers stay open for 24 hours.
What if my card is declined on a lead I accepted?
You keep the job. We pause future offers until the card is updated from your dashboard, but we don't take back a lead you've already accepted.

How do leads work?
Homeowners submit quote requests on your listing page. You receive them instantly by email and in your dashboard, and can track each as contacted, quoted, won, or lost. Lead volume depends on homeowner demand in your city — we'll never charge you for leads you don't receive, and unused monthly leads don't roll over.
What if I don't get any leads?
Lead flow varies by city and season. If a plan isn't delivering value for you, you can downgrade or cancel anytime and revert to a free listing — no penalty.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your listing stays active through the end of your billing period, then reverts to the free tier.
